New chemical linkers in cancer therapy

Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for cancer therapy are synthesized by attaching cytotoxic small molecule drugs to monoclonal antibodies, using chemical linkers. The team is developing novel linkers to attach drugs to antibodies. These linkers should allow for a much more effective cancer therapy.
